Add the rest of the dry ingredients gently and the chopped hazelnuts at the end.<br \/>\nOnce everything is mixed, make small balls of the same size. With the dough and shape the cookies by pressing the balls on an oven tray with parchment paper.<br \/>\nBake at 180\u00baC or until the cookies are golden brown. Set aside to cool.<br \/>\nDecorate the cookies melting chocolate at bain-marie and coat half of the cookies.
