You can use a mandolin to make sure the slices are consistent.<\/li>\n<li>Place the potato slices into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients to season. Toss well to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Grease three muffin moulds and fill them with the potato slices.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and serve hot.
