Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. You can add extra oil or water if it tastes too strong.<\/li>\n<li>Halve each mini baguette, then spread each half with the vegan pesto. Top with the cheese and then layer on the sliced tomatoes, red onion and black olives. Garnish with oregano.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C for 20\u201325 minutes or until the paninis are brown and crunchy.<\/li>\n<li>When ready, remove from the oven and serve while hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-124258\"
