Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour the mixture into a glass jar or large bowl, add the cava and the pomegranate juice, then toss. Combine the pomegranate seeds, the sliced lemon and mint leaves.
