What is the Rating plate?
The rating plate is an identification label for each appliance model. They include decisive technical information about our products in order to be able to consult the user manual, find a spare part or report any incident.
The essential fields to properly identify a product are the following:
1) Product code / Model description: Identifies the model of the device.
2) Product version: It is an essential piece of information that identifies said model (without it, it is not possible to specify the list of spare parts associated with it)
3) Serial number: Establishes the manufacturing date and manufacturer of said product.
