Flex induction hobs

With the Teka Flex Induction system, you can cook with many different pans of varying shapes and sizes: griddles, teppanyaki grills, rectangular ones or even use the whole cooking surface at the same time – ideal for large-sized cookware such as paella pans. Gas hobs

We’ve developed the new Gas on Glass hob which features the ExactFlame system, meaning you no longer have to worry about the intensity of the flame. You can easily, and accurately, control the flame’s intensity by setting the power range from 1 to 9. What’s more, these hobs will detect whether the flame has gone out and will automatically cut off the flow of gas to prevent any potential accidents.

Modular hobs

If your kitchen has limited space, at Teka we can provide the best solution by purchasing a modular hob. These cooker tops can be combined with each other. What is Induction Full Flex?

Induction Full Flex is the latest technology in induction hobs, which allows you to use your hob’s whole cooking area. Thanks to this technology, you can cook in various pans of different shapes and sizes without any issues, from 40-cm paella pans to square Teppanyaki grills.

What’s the difference between a glass ceramic hob and an induction hob?

Unlike glass ceramic hobs, induction hobs work thanks to a magnetic field which heats up a metal pan when it comes into contact with it. The difference is that the pan heats up, but the hob doesn’t generate any waste heat, meaning they use up to 40% less electricity. With induction hobs, you will cut the time it takes you to prepare dishes by half.

What’s the standard measurement of a hob?

Most hobs measure 60 cm in width with 3 or 4 cooking zones.
