So, let\u2019s enjoy the last Batch Cooking of the Summer with these colourful and fresh recipes to make some room for the upcoming ones.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>Cod salad<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Unpitted lack olives.<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Smoked cod<\/li>\n<li>Canned tuna belly<\/li>\n<li>Escarole<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons of Romesco sauce<\/li>\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<li>Vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hot dog<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Avocado<\/li>\n<li>1 Lime<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Red onion<\/li>\n<li>1 Branch tomato<\/li>\n<li>Coriander<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>5 Hot Dog buns<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<li>5 Frankfurt sausages<\/li>\n<li>Tartar sauce<\/li>\n<li>Chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tuna and prawn devilled eggs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>80 gr Tuna fish in olive oil<\/li>\n<li>8 Cooked prawns<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Spring onion<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Paprika<\/li>\n<li>Chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Turkey and orange vegetable tacos<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Oranges<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons of soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 Cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of honey<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon of fine corn flour<\/li>\n<li>1 Onion<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 Turkey breasts<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>5 Lettuce hearts<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Brie and raspberries sandwich<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Bread slices<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Brie cheese<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Raspberries<\/li>\n<li>Agave syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/en-sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/135\/2021\/09\/batch-cooking-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/en-sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/135\/2021\/09\/batch-cooking-1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.teka.com\/en-sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/135\/2021\/09\/batch-cooking-1-480x299.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Cod salad<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For the salad: <\/strong>cut olives in half, cut cod and tuna into small portions.<\/p>\n<p>Toss those ingredients with escarole in a large salad bowl. Season and toss again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the dressing: <\/strong>put together Romesco sauce with oil and vinegar. Blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish the salad with dressing to taste.<\/p>\n<h2>Hot dog<\/h2>\n<p>Mash the avocado with half lime juice and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Chop the onion, tomato, and coriander finely. Season and dress with the other half lime. Toss <em>pico de gallo<\/em> and set aside too.<\/p>\n<p>Put some butter inside the hot dog buns and cook a bit until golden brown. Cook the sausages on a grill until brown too.<\/p>\n<p>Assemble the hot dog with a base of mashed avocado, sausage, and a bit of <em>pico de gallo<\/em> over it. Serve with tartar sauce and chopped chives.<\/p>\n<h2>Tuna and prawn devilled eggs<\/h2>\n<p>Cook eggs for 10 minutes. Cool them with cold water with or without ice and peel.<\/p>\n<p>Cut eggs lengthwise and remove the yolk.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the yolk with chopped tuna, prawns and onion, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p>Stuffed the eggs with the mix and garnish with paprika and chives.<\/p>\n<h2>Turkey and orange vegetable tacos<\/h2>\n<p>In a bowl, squeeze two oranges and add the soy sauce, the chopped cloves of garlic, vinegar, honey, and cornflour.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the onion in julienne and stir fry in a skillet with a bit of oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add the turkey cut into dices and season with salt and pepper. Saut\u00e9 until golden brown over high heat for a couple of minutes. Add the previous sauce to the skillet and cook over low heat.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the turkey with the sauce for five minutes or until it thickens and spread inside the washed hearts of lettuce. Garnish with sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Brie and raspberries sandwich<\/h2>\n<p>Spread the bread slices with a bit of butter on just one of the sides, the one we will cook until golden brown when we assemble the<\/p>\n<p>sandwich.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the brie cheese and assemble the sandwich with a base of brie, raspberries, and a dash of agave syrup.<\/p>\n<p>Put the top slice over it and cooked both sides until brown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are in the last week of the Summer, and Autumn is knocking on the door, showing us fresher mornings and the new seasonal food.
