Colocar unos palillos chinos a ambos lados de la calabaza. Laminar con un cuchillo muy afilado sin llegar a la base.\u00a0 Repetir con la otra mitad de la calabaza.<\/li>\n<li>Transferir las mitades de calabaza a la bandeja del horno y rociar con el aceite. Cubrir con papel de aluminio y asar durante 60 minutos. Retirar el papel y asar 20 minutos m\u00e1s o hasta dorar.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer la miel, el vinagre y las hojas de laurel en un cacito a fuego fuerte durante 5 minutos. Pincelar la mitad de la salsa sobre la calabaza y colocar las hojas de laurel en las incisiones. Asar 10 minutos m\u00e1s o hasta que est\u00e9 tierna y dorada.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto, tostar las almendras en una sart\u00e9n. Picar y esparcir sobre la calabaza con un poco de sal y pimienta negra.
