Mezclar el conjunto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparar un ali\u00f1o de zumo de lim\u00f3n con aceite de oliva y servir junto al taboul\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Solomillo Strogonoff<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cortar el solomillo en medallones, salpimentar y marcar en una sart\u00e9n grande con un poco de aceite de oliva. Una vez marcado, retirar de la sart\u00e9n para incorporar despu\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la misma sart\u00e9n con un poco m\u00e1s de aceite de oliva, rehogar la cebolla cortada en juliana hasta caramelizar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir los champi\u00f1ones en l\u00e1minas, el jam\u00f3n cortado en dados y cocinar durante 5 minutos. Verter el brandy y dejar evaporar el alcohol.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporar la mostaza, la leche evaporada y la carne reservada. Cocinar el conjunto durante 10 minutos hasta que la carne est\u00e9 en su punto y la salsa est\u00e9 espesa. Decorar con almendras laminadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Hamburguesas vegetales<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una sart\u00e9n sofre\u00edr todas las verduras finamente picadas y dejar enfriar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un bol aparte, mezclar las verduras junto con los huevos y la leche, salpimentar y batir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir la harina hasta conseguir la textura deseada.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar forma de hamburguesa y cocinar en una sart\u00e9n con aceite. Acompa\u00f1ar con salsa de pimienta al gusto.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Halibut a las finas hierbas<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar el halibut en una bandeja con papel de hornear y ali\u00f1ar con un poco de zumo de lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir sal, pimienta, las hierbas y hornear a 170 \u00baC durante 10-15\u00a0 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras, cocinar a la plancha los esp\u00e1rragos trigueros con un poco de aceite de oliva y sazonar con sal de escamas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emplatar el pescado junto a los esp\u00e1rragos trigueros y opcionalmente, unas rodajas de lim\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mini Croissants<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estirar la masa y extender sobre ella la mantequilla.Preparar una mezcla de canela en polvo y az\u00facar moreno y espolvorear por toda la masa.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cortarla en tri\u00e1ngulos alargados pero estrechos , girar y doblar cada uno sobre s\u00ed mismo formando los croissants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar sobre una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear, dejando suficiente espacio entre ellos para que crezcan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hornear a 210\u00baC durante 15-20 minutos y enfriar. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las recetas de este nuevo Batch Cooking nos encantan.
