Zumo de naranja<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Edulcorante (opcional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-120063\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/es-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/07\/ingredientes-batch-cooking.jpg\" alt=\"ingredientes para recetas\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/es-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/07\/ingredientes-batch-cooking.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.teka.com\/es-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/07\/ingredientes-batch-cooking-480x299.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ensalada de calabac\u00edn<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Laminar el calabac\u00edn con una mandolina para hacer finas tiras y juntar con la mezcla de can\u00f3nigos y r\u00facula en una ensaladera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ali\u00f1ar con el queso parmesano, aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y remover.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servir y decorar con pi\u00f1ones tostados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00d1oquis con salsa de tomate<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cocer los \u00f1oquis en agua hirviendo con sal, escurrir y enfriar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Calentar la salsa de tomate con la leche evaporada, los cherrys cortados en mitades y hervir hasta reducir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incorporar los \u00f1oquis, un poco de salvia y revolver.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servir y acompa\u00f1ar con un poco de parmesano rallado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Almejas a la marinera<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Picar finamente los dientes de ajo y rehogarlos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando empiecen a bailar, incorporar el perejil y rehogar hasta dorar los ajos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Verter las almejas y cocinar el conjunto hasta que \u00e9stas se abran.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ajustar de sal y servir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Chuletas de cordero a las finas hierbas<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para las chuletas: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">derretir la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. A\u00f1adir el romero, el tomillo y la salvia y dejar infusionar durante unos minutos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando la mantequilla tenga el sabor de las hierbas, salpimentar las chuletas de cordero y cocinarlas por ambos lados hasta tostar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para el acompa\u00f1amiento: <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cocer la patata y boniato enteros al microondas en un bol cubierto con papel film sin perforar durante 6-7 minutos a m\u00e1xima potencia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cortar en rodajas y terminar de cocinar dor\u00e1ndolas en la mantequilla de hierbas. Servir como acompa\u00f1amiento de las chuletas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Macedonia de frutas<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cortar el mango y la pi\u00f1a en dados, las fresas en cuartos y ponerlas en un bol con los ar\u00e1ndanos y las frambuesas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Picar la hierbabuena y a\u00f1adir al bol anterior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En caso de edulcorar la macedonia, incorporar el edulcorante, mezclar y dejar macerar durante 30 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servir acompa\u00f1ada de zumo de naranja.\u00a0 Si no se a\u00f1ade edulcorante, a\u00f1adir en el paso anterior el zumo de naranja, que tambi\u00e9n puede utilizarse como marinado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfLa pr\u00f3xima semana vuelves de tus vacaciones? \u00a1\u00c1nimo!
