As a result of the integration into Midea Group we would like to inform you that your personal data may be processed by affiliates or Midea group entities operating outside the EEA on our behalf or on behalf of our affiliates and as a result thereof may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). When such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that provided within the EEA. These safeguards may include transfers to countries recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of data protection; or Use of the European Commission\u2019s Standard Contractual Clauses, which require recipients to protect personal data to EEA standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

In some cases, data transfers may also be permitted by applicable law under other conditions. Regardless of the method, we will ensure that all transfers comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
