Mind you, watch out for the kisses under the mistletoe after trying this<strong> Garlic Bread.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes (2 breads)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g strong white bread flour<\/li>\n<li>4 g fast-action dried yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>50 g butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>135 ml water, warm<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon oil, for greasing<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>50 g butter<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68067\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/hy-am\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2020\/01\/A\u0301rbol-de-Navidad-de-pan-de-ajo-3.jpg\" alt=\"christmas recipe\" width=\"700\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teka.com\/hy-am\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2020\/01\/A\u0301rbol-de-Navidad-de-pan-de-ajo-3.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.teka.com\/hy-am\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2020\/01\/A\u0301rbol-de-Navidad-de-pan-de-ajo-3-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.teka.com\/hy-am\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2020\/01\/A\u0301rbol-de-Navidad-de-pan-de-ajo-3-400x250.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip the flour into a large bowl<\/strong> and mix with the yeast and sugar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add the salt,<\/strong> the warm water and the melted butter. Mix\u00a0 to a dough, then knead for 10 mins until the dough feels stretchy and soft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clean out the bowl,<\/strong> then lightly grease with the oil and place the dough inside. Cover with a tea towel and set aside somewhere warm for about 4 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip the dough onto your work surface and punch<\/strong> out the air bubbles. To make two breads, divide the dough into 22 pieces the same size. Then cut two of them in half.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roll each piece of dough into a ball<\/strong> and place on the baking sheet in a tree shape, using 10 balls for each bread. Leave some room between them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Place the little balls on the base of each bread, t<\/strong>hese will be the trunks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cover the sheet with the tea towel<\/strong> and let prove for 30 minutes in a warm place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bake in the oven,<\/strong> pre-heated at 200\u00ba C, for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meanwhile peel the garlic and chop finely.<\/strong> Heat the butter and mix with the garlic and the parsley.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When the bread is cooked and warm,<\/strong> brush the garlic butter all over the bread.
