La salsa giapponese con soia, sweet chilli, miele e olio di sesamo aggiunge una nota dolce, sapida e leggermente piccante, perfetta per completare ogni roll.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredienti<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 gamberi<\/li>\n<li>Sale<\/li>\n<li>Semi di sesamo<\/li>\n<li>Salmone affumicato<\/li>\n<li>4 cucchiai di formaggio spalmabile<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cetriolo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Per la salsa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Salsa di soia<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di salsa sweet chilli<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di miele<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di olio di sesamo<\/li>\n<li>1 cipollotto tritato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparazione<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sguscia i gamberi e infilali su uno stecchino da spiedino, cos\u00ec resteranno dritti in cottura.<\/li>\n<li>Condiscili con un pizzico di sale e cuocili in padella con un filo d\u2019olio, utilizzando la funzione grill o piastra.<\/li>\n<li>Una volta cotti, sfilali delicatamente dallo stecchino e tienili da parte.<\/li>\n<li>Stendi un foglio di pellicola trasparente sul piano di lavoro e cospargilo con semi di sesamo.<\/li>\n<li>Disponi sopra le fette di salmone affumicato, leggermente sovrapposte, in modo da creare una base compatta.<\/li>\n<li>Spalma il formaggio sul salmone, poi aggiungi alcune strisce di avocado, cetriolo e un paio di gamberi.<\/li>\n<li>Arrotola con delicatezza aiutandoti con la pellicola, stringendo bene per dare forma al roll.<\/li>\n<li>Rimuovi la pellicola e taglia il rotolo a fette con un coltello ben affilato.<\/li>\n<li>Per la salsa, versa in un pentolino salsa di soia, sweet chilli, miele e olio di sesamo.<\/li>\n<li>Scalda a fuoco dolce, oppure con funzione confit, fino a ottenere una salsa ben amalgamata.<\/li>\n<li>Togli dal fuoco, aggiungi il cipollotto tritato e servi la salsa insieme ai roll.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il tuo browser non supporta il tag video. &nbsp; Un sushi fresco e originale, senza riso, preparato con salmone affumicato, gamberi, avocado e cetriolo.
