Apo\u0301s os 10 minutos, incorpore a manteiga (a\u0300 temperatura ambiente para que se integre facilmente) em pedac\u0327os e aos poucos. Amasse tudo durante mais 10 minutos, ate\u0301 que a massa fique homoge\u0301nea e suave.<\/p>\n<p>Forme uma bola com a massa e deixe fermentar durante algumas horas numa tigela bem untada e coberta para que a massa na\u0303o seque. E\u0301 uma massa um pouco pegajosa, mas na\u0303o adicione mais farinha, apenas unte levemente as ma\u0303os para a manusear.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de fermentada a massa, corte pedac\u0327os de cerca de 80g e forme os pa\u0303es de hambu\u0301rguer. Se a massa colar um pouco nas ma\u0303os ou na superfi\u0301cie de trabalho enquanto amassa os pedac\u0327os, pode polvilhar um pouco de farinha para ajudar.<\/p>\n<p>Coloque os pa\u0303es numa assadeira forrada com papel vegetal e cubra com um pano limpo para fermentarem novamente. Esta segunda fermentac\u0327a\u0303o sera\u0301 mais ra\u0301pida que a primeira e provavelmente em menos de uma hora estara\u0303o prontos para assar.<\/p>\n<p>Pincele os pa\u0303es com ovo batido e polvilhe com sementes de se\u0301samo enquanto pre\u0301-aquece o forno a 180\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Leve ao forno com calor por cima e por baixo, a 180\u00ba C, durante 22-24 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Pode congelar e tera\u0301 sempre pa\u0303es de hambu\u0301rguer prontos para os seus churrascos a qualquer hora!<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTA:<\/strong><br \/>\nNa\u0303o quer que fiquem escuros?
