O presente regulamento visa estabelecer os termos aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cPassatempo Guitarra\u201d, promovida pela Teka Portugal no Rock in Rio.<br \/>\n1.2. A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 destinada a todos os que queiram ganhar uma guitarra autografada pelos nossos \u201cartistas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. PARTICIPANTES<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2.1. Podem participar pessoas maiores de 18 anos, residentes em Portugal e entendida como consumidor final. A Teka Portugal reserva-se ao direito de solicitar um documento legal que comprove a idade e a resid\u00eancia.<br \/>\n2.2. N\u00e3o \u00e9 permitida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de colaboradores da Teka, nem de trabalhadores da ag\u00eancia de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da marca.<br \/>\n2.3 Se o vencedor n\u00e3o cumprir os crit\u00e9rios ou se for desclassificado, o pr\u00e9mio ser\u00e1 atribu\u00eddo a outro participante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3. CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES DE PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/p>\n<p>3.1. O presente passatempo \u00e9 promovido pela empresa Teka Portugal SA, no Rock in Rio, entre os dias 15 e 16 de junho de 2024 e entre os dias 22 e 23 de junho de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Os participantes dever\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Garantir que s\u00e3o seguidores do perfil da Teka Portugal no Instagram (https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/teka.pt\/)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Responder ao formul\u00e1rio com primeiro e \u00faltimo nome<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Responder ao formul\u00e1rio com o nome de utilizador do Instagram<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Responder ao formul\u00e1rio com a m\u00fasica escolhida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.3. Ser\u00e1 escolhido apenas um vencedor.<\/p>\n<p>3.4. O vencedor ser\u00e1 escolhido por sorteio em plataforma certificada.<\/p>\n<p>3.5. As submiss\u00f5es que n\u00e3o cumpram os requisitos ficam automaticamente desclassificadas.<\/p>\n<p>3.6. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do vencedor ser\u00e1 feita numa Story no Instagram da Teka Portugal no dia 1 de julho de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>3.7. A Teka Portugal reserva-se o direito de suspender o presente passatempo em caso de irregularidades no processo de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como por qualquer outra causa fora do controlo da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>3.8. Se os vencedores n\u00e3o puderem ser contactados, reservamo-nos o direito de escolher novos vencedores.<\/p>\n<p>3.9. N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 dada nenhuma quantia monet\u00e1ria em alternativa ao pr\u00e9mio estabelecido. O pr\u00e9mio n\u00e3o \u00e9 substitu\u00edvel e foca-se somente na guitarra.<\/p>\n<p>3.10. O presente Regulamento pode ser alterado ou corrigido, em qualquer altura e sem aviso pr\u00e9vio, por motivos de for\u00e7a maior relacionados com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e log\u00edstica do passatempo.<\/p>\n<p>3.11.
