But the magic of Christmas invites you to make plans with family, friends or even just for you, always enjoying a unique little time in the kitchen. That is why today we are not only going to give you advice for having a snowfall over your Christmas recipes, but we are going to reveal how to do this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to make snow icing? <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you may have guessed, it is a very simple process:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83e\udd63<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mix this proportion in a beaker: 97 g of powdered sugar + 3 g of starch (cornstarch). If you want to make more quantity, go increasing the quantity in the same proportion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83c\udf2a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Grind the mixture as finely as you can. Better if you can wait all night until the next morning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre-heat oven at 200\u00baC and shape small balls and place them in an oven tray with parchment paper. Stir until it all melts.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cream and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Beat the eggs together with the sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture increases in volume.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chocolate, and stir until mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Sift the flour and yeast over the mixture, mixing until you have a light and smooth dough.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, drop in the raspberries and try to distribute them uniformly.<\/li>\n<li>Grease the mould and fill with the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 200\u00baC for 25-30 minutes &#8211; the time may vary, so before taking it out, prick with a knife to check that it\u2019s ready. Let it rest for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Put the red berries in a saucepan and heat until you get a sauce. If you are using frozen berries, they will release a lot of water.<\/li>\n<li>Boil over low heat until reduced.<\/li>\n<li>Place the bread in a tidy manner on the presentation tray and water with the milk and half the sauce of the red berries.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30 minutes, approximately.
