Prepare a delicious baked hake with crispy potatoes and shrimp mayonnaise. With simple ingredients and a hint of seafood, this dish combines mild and fresh flavors in a quick and easy recipe that will impress anyone - perfect for a special meal in just one hour!

Ingredients

  • 2 hake fillets
  • 15 peeled prawns
  • 2 potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the mayonnaise:
  • 1 egg
  • Sunflower oil
  • Prawn oil
  • Salt
  • ½ lemon

Preparation

  1. Slice the potatoes, add oil and salt, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the prawn heads over medium-low heat. Strain the liquid and set it aside.
  3. Prepare the mayonnaise by blending all the ingredients together. Then, incorporate the prawn juice.
  4. Once the potatoes are ready, place the hake fillets on top, season with salt, add a layer of prawn mayonnaise, the peeled prawns, and bake with water in the bottom tray of the oven. Use the EasySteam function at 180°C for 15 minutes.
