I’ve done the pyrolysis and the oven is still dirty

It is important to remove any spills or excess of grease or dirt with a cloth, otherwise the pyrolytic cleaning may not be adequate. You should also note that the cleaning mode you select (P1, P2 or P3) is suitable for the degree of soil that the oven presents. Finally, always remember to remove the internal accessories when performing the pyrolysis.

If you have followed the steps properly and do not get a proper cleaning, contact the official technical service or request a repair.
