What to do before using the oven for the first time
Before using your new oven for the first time, we recommend to check this simple steps to remove any grease residues and other impurities from the manufacturing process.
Before the first use
- Remove all items from the packaging, including the protective plastic if carrying.
- Connect your oven to Grill + Solera function at 200 º C for one hour. If your oven does not include this feature, we recommend you refer to the Use guide included in the oven to see other options.
- When finished, open the door for the oven to cool. In this way we ventilate it and avoid that smells remain inside.
- After cooling, clean the oven and accessories with a soft cloth.
If during this first heating you notice that the oven emits a strong smell, do not worry, it happens when you heat the insulation for the first time and is totally normal.
