Among Teka’s steam ovens we can find compact and standard ovens. DualClean is an advanced cleaning system which is integrated into Teka’s electric ovens and made up of two different self-cleaning systems: pyrolysis and steam cleaning with HydroClean. What is an oven’s maximum capacity?
The capacity of an oven varies depending on its type. With 60-cm ovens, capacity is usually around 60-70 litres. At Teka, so that capacity is never an issue, we’ve developed our 90-cm, large-capacity oven range. This has led to a 10% increase in capacity, reaching a capacity of up to 77 litres.
