Ingredients
- 2 Medium potatoes
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp Garlic, grounded
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Pink salt
- 1 tbsp Thyme, dried
- Parsley, dried
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and then thinly slice them. You can use a mandolin to make sure the slices are consistent.
- Place the potato slices into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients to season. Toss well to combine.
- Grease three muffin moulds and fill them with the potato slices.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot. Sprinkle over dried thyme and parsley and dip into your favourite sauce to enjoy.
