Spread holiday cheer with a festive cava and pomegranate punch!

  • 180ml Water

  • 70g Sugar

  • 1 Bottle of cava

  • 20ml Pomegranate juice

  • 1 Pomegranate, deseeded

  • 2 Lemons, sliced

  • 4 Mint leaves

  • Ice, crushed

  • Green grapes



  • In a frying pan, pour in the water together with the sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  • Pour the mixture into a glass jar or large bowl, add the cava and the pomegranate juice, then toss. Combine the pomegranate seeds, the sliced lemon and mint leaves. Macerate for about 10–30 minutes.

  • Pour into glasses with crushed ice and skewered green grapes to serve.
