Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Thighs
 - 300g Potatoes
 
Dressing
- 50g Aji Mirasol Chilli Paste
 - 2 Cloves of Garlic
 - 50g Soy Sauce
 - 15g White Sugar
 - 3g Salt
 - 300ml Orange Juice
 - 2g Cumin
 - 1g Pepper
 
Side
- Corn Salad (Lamb’s Lettuce)
 
Method
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients and then pour over the chicken pieces.
 - Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
 - Meanwhile, boil the potatoes.
 - Remove the marinated chicken pieces from the refrigerator and place the precooked potatoes onto the baking tray.
 - Bake in the oven at 200° C for 30 minutes.
 - Serve with a side of Corn Salad (also known as Lamb’s Lettuce or Mache).
