180ml Water

70g Sugar
 - 
1 Bottle of cava
 - 
20ml Pomegranate juice
 - 
1 Pomegranate, deseeded
 - 
2 Lemons, sliced
 - 
4 Mint leaves
 - 
Ice, crushed
 - 
Green grapes
 
Method
- 
In a frying pan, pour in the water together with the sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Pour the mixture into a glass jar or large bowl, add the cava and the pomegranate juice, then toss. Combine the pomegranate seeds, the sliced lemon and mint leaves. Macerate for about 10–30 minutes.

Pour into glasses with crushed ice and skewered green grapes to serve.
