Free microwave MWE 225 FI review

The company has identified that one of the electronic components in these appliances could cause them to switch on automatically. In some exceptional cases, this may pose a potential fire risk if the appliance remains on for an extended period of time.

Please check whether your model is affected by looking at the front of the microwave.

If the model matches, you can verify whether your product belongs to the affected series in two ways:

Using the warranty certificate

The warranty certificate includes the serial number, which is an 11-digit code.

If it begins with MW154, MW155, MW156, MW157, or MW158, please contact our Customer Service.

By checking the number on the back

On the back of the appliance, you’ll find the serial number, which is also an 11-digit code.

If it begins with MW154, MW155, MW156, MW157, or MW158, please contact our Customer Service.
