Morning bowl with fruit and yogurt

Variety is the spice of life and applying this saying to breakfast is fundamental. There's a whole world of colour and flavour behind toasts and coffee. And now in spring, seasonal fruit is our best alternative. All you have to do is mash it, prepare the crunchy or fresh toppings you like best and you're done! There goes our Morning Bowl today.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 15 g chia
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 15 g cacao nibs
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 tangerine
  • Muesli
  • Pistachios

Preparation

  1. Put chia, raspberries, and blueberries in the mixer cup and blend until you have a thick mixture. Serve in a bowl.
  2. Toast nibs in a skillet for a couple of minutes until they look bright brown, to boost cacao flavor.
  3. Sprinkle nibs over the bowl and add your favorite topping.

Chef's tip!

We have chosen pineapple, mandarin oranges, muesli and pistachios as toppings, but go ahead and customise it with your favourite toppings!
